My mission is to partner with clients to help them achieve their goals, successfully implement their plans, experience the positive effects of continuous growth, and enjoy the taste of personal and organizational success.

I am a reliable partner both for organizations in building and implementing business development strategies and for individual clients seeking the best personal development strategies.

My passion is creative collaboration with people, ensuring continuous added value across multiple dimensions.

Growth Without Limits is about creatively and effectively combining different forms of work and development activities.

I am an accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level, a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, and a certified assessor (EY Academy of Business) in competency diagnosis using Assessment Center & Development Center methods.

I am also a graduate of the Advanced Coaching Studies at the Mukoid Institute, the accredited Team Coaching course at the Mukoid Institute, and courses conducted by Team Coaching International.

I am a practitioner with 30 years of business experience, including more than 25 years in building, implementing, and executing business development strategies. I have led international teams across Europe, China, and Mexico.

I have hands-on experience in designing and implementing competency models, as well as in creating and delivering development programs for managers at all levels and specialists across diverse roles.

I bring my training expertise to life through inspiring collaboration with the Mukoid Institute, Strengths Community, and EY Academy of Business — these are the places where you can experience my workshops in action.
