I am a practitioner with over 28 years of business experience, including more than 20 years in building, implementing, and executing business development strategies. I have led international teams across Europe, China, and Mexico.

I am an accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level, a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, and a certified assessor (EY Academy of Business) in competency diagnosis using Assessment and Development Center methods.

I have hands-on experience in designing and implementing competency models, as well as in creating and delivering development programs for managers at all levels and specialists across various functions..
