When thinking about development, people instinctively focus on what they believe, needs improvement in themselves, where they see their mistakes and shortcomings. Strengths-based development takes a completely different approach: first, identify your talents, then develop and transform them into strengths.
This does not mean that we should completely ignore areas that need improvement. However, the idea is to enhance what we lack natural aptitude for just enough so that it does not stand in the way of our success.
The majority of our energy and time should be dedicated to developing what comes naturally to us, what is strong within us, and what we can build upon to create strengths and achieve outstanding results.

We can work together in 3 steps
It is up to you how many steps you take.
During this meeting, I will explain the strengths-based approach to development and introduce you to the CliftonStrengths™ assessment along with the reports you will receive upon completing it.
Your needs are my priority, so I will ask you a few questions to better understand what you are looking for.
If you are interested in potential collaboration, we will outline a plan and the terms of our work together.
However, you might also realize that this is not what you are looking for, and that is completely fine – you can simply conclude the process after this free consultation.
If you decide that understanding and developing your talents into strengths is valuable, I will invite you to Step 2.
I will order the Gallup CliftonStrengths™ talent assessment for you and send you a code along with step-by-step instructions on how to complete it.
You will take the assessment online, and immediately after completing it, you will gain access to a full set of reports.
The next stage in Step 2 is our joint session (a 2-hour in-person or online meeting), during which you will deepen your understanding of your natural patterns of action, uncover the strengths and challenges of your talents, and learn how to consciously apply them to develop your strengths.
You will also learn how to effectively use the available reports to make the most of the insights they provide.
If you decide to broaden your perspective on how to consciously and intentionally use your talents to achieve specific personal or professional goals, then Step 3 will be the perfect complement to your journey.
During these sessions, clients explore how their unique talents can support them in reaching their goals, overcoming obstacles, and increasing their effectiveness in the roles they hold.
Your talents are your tools – discovering the most effective ways to use them daily leads to the development of your strengths.

Every person I have the privilege of guiding through the
