Before the meeting, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), giving you full confidence that all information about your company and project needs will be handled with complete confidentiality and used solely to prepare the best possible proposal for you.

Following this meeting, I will present you with a tailored, professional offer and remain available to discuss and refine it in detail.

If you decide to move forward, the outcome of this stage will be a signed cooperation agreement.

Step 3
Collaboration in Action

This is the implementation phase, where I work in a project-based approach, follow the agreed timeline, and closely collaborate with your team.

I operate with a strong commitment to trust, respect, integrity, and quality. These values guide both how I work and the results I deliver—fully aligned with what we agreed upon in our contract.

About me

Katarzyna Jasińska

I am a practitioner with 30 years of business experience, including more than 25 years in building, implementing, and executing business development strategies. I have led international teams across Europe, China, and Mexico.

I am an accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level, a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, and a certified assessor (EY Academy of Business) in competency diagnosis using Assessment and Development Center methods.

I have hands-on experience in designing and implementing competency models, as well as in creating and delivering development programs for managers at all levels and specialists across various functions..
